The "WE THE PEOPLE" in the Constitution

The original founding fathers did indeed establish a REPUBLIC, and it is INDEED still accessible to MANY, but not all, for reasons likely not important in your case. However, picture a map of the united states, and then lay two TRANSPARENT overlays with the EXACT same details on that original map. The original is the Republic you seek, but because of various issues, YOU are likely now in the CORPORATION of one of the overlays. These corporations are NOT the republic you are talking of. One of those Corporations is "The United States of America". Another is "United States". ANY contract with these corporations by law brings you into their jurisdiction, and they CAN do with you as they see fit. Including murder you, for BY LAW, just based on how THEY spell your name, YOU are already dead to them, literally, and a corpse can not function on its own, therefore the corporation becomes your all in all, AND THEY WANT IT THAT WAY.

Mere citizenship they may have, but the political rights of [C]itizens they cannot enjoy until they are organized into a State, and admitted into the nion. People v. De La Guerra, 40 Cal. 311, 342 [1870]. [Emphasis added.]"

BIG difference in:

citizen and Citizen
United States and united states
a sentence with a comma in it can be VERY dangerous in law.
You want to drive on Postal Route 60 as opposed to Highway 60? SAME EXACT ROAD, totally different meaning in law.
Do you get POST, or Mail? Big difference in law.

Take a look at ANY government document, how do they spell your name? ALL CAPS, and you might think I am being foolish, but I assure you, I am not. One has to get out of the fictions to be in the REPUBLIC, and even then they will harrass you to no end, and therefore it is YOU that must know this, for you will never get an attorney to work with you on. . . they would be disbarred. Go find out what it means to be part of the BAR, find out what it means.

WHEN someone declares themselves a "PEOPLE" and not a subject to the corporation idol, does anyone else KNOW the Scrpitural implications for such a declaration? GUESS WHAT, the "PEOPLE" the Scriptures are written to, and the "PEOPLE" the REPUBLIC, the "to ourselves and our posterity" people, is for are one and the same group! It is not everyone that walks and talks. You SURE you want to be a 14th Ammendment U.S. citizen with "civil rights"? If so, you will NEVER make it to the Republic PROMISE LAND, for you are an idolator, OR A "NOT A PEOPLE"! Ever heard the saying "Let the Redeemed of Yahweh Say So"? It isn't a suggestion, it is demanded in the idol system you find yourself in too. When you do, they let you go . . . sortof. THE ONLY way you will TRULY achieve the Republic goal is to DECLARE yourself a "PEOPLE", break all ties with the idol system, and SUBMIT TO THE LAW OF YAHWEH, and do this in a COURT OF LAW or registered documents in a court clerk office. THAT is how you gain your UNALIGNABLE RIGHTS granted to you by WHO??? Yourself?? No, the Creator granted them, and YOU have to declare yourself under HIS JURISDICTION, thereby LEGALLY forbidding the idol system to claim you! At least that is as far as I know. You will never make it out without those bases covered. AND LOOK OUT, the judge may challenge your knowledge of the LAWS of your Creator just to see if you know your butt from a hole in the ground! The site has the JERRY KIRK link. Check out what he says in the paper work he filed, who he was subject to, and etc. Let him tell you on those audio files how this is the ONLY way out of the fiction. While I disagree with many of his statements in those papers, the goal is acheived in very similar methods.

Let me make a prediction. The Republic Constitution along with Scriptural prophecy will cause THIS NATION to be what cracks the back of the New World Order Zionist Edomite Strangle Hold. The Age of Esau will end. We are the nation that will lead the way. The blood will flow before it is over. And I am not even trying to be dramatic.

I challenge you to find a way to gain your unalignable rights without declaring a Creator. You may actually see the WISDOM of the founding fathers in this process. An unbeliever is left out of the city.

Onepence, your statement is simply proof, you are NOT one of those "PEOPLE" that are granted the "unaligneable Rights" of the CREATOR . . . and what is worse, YOU SEEK to destroy the opportunity to gain them of those they pertain to through deviant false religion founded by some guy wearing a white curtain, never takes a bath, or brushes his teeth, smells like crap, and claims to be spiritual, whom you follow, nothing short of Cain's serpent seed.

The UNALIGNEABLE RIGHTS are granted by a Creator to HIS PEOPLE, and that GROUP is what the founding fathers mean when they say "TO US AND OUR POSTERITY", i.e. not every thing that walks and talks. The founding fathers KNEW WHO THEY WERE. It is NOT talking to the little MONKEY in the President of the Corporation office today, Hussien. He is what the entire 14th Amendment ws added for, so monkies like him could have 'civil rights', SINCE THEY CAN NEVER HAVE UNALIGNEABLE RIGHTS, as he CANNOT be of "THE PEOPLE". Nor can his posterity. Nor can those that are not of "THE PEOPLE'S POSTERITY".

TO THE PEOPLE, know why the law of the corporation does not want us to know we are supposed to be termed 'people', cause when we declare it, they have to let us go!!!! Let the redeemed of Yahweh say so.

YOU cannot have unaligneable rights without acknowledging WHO GAVE THEM TO YOU, according to laws of the Corporation!!! So, if you don't want to believe in 'god', that is fine with me, especially if you know the origin of that word, but I am telling you, LEGALLY, you are going to find it impossible to break free of the Corporation without acknowledging a "Creator".
